Expected delivery time is between 2- 7 days depending on availability.

Shango reserves itself against sold out products and printing mistakes that may occur.

Sizes

In order to get the correct ring size the easiest method is to measure the diameter of another ring that you have.

Then compare your size with the sizes that are given under each ring

How to measure rings:

The European sizes are in millimetres and the American are in inches (1 inch = 2,54cm)

If you would like to order a ring that is not available in Shango’s size range, we can make the size you need for an extra charge of 50Skr/ 6Euro. Please write the size you need under comments.

The length of bracelets and chains can also be changed.

If you want a shorter chain or bracelet than available, the price may vary depending on the reduced or increased weight of the silver jewellery.

Prices/ Shipping

All the prices are including 25 percent VAT.

Shango provides two ways of paying for ordered products; Cash on delivery and Paypal. However, Cash on delivery is only possible to use within Sweden.

Paypal is a secure way to pay for products on the internet. Paypal offers many different paying- methods, among others creditcard payment. To use Paypal you need an account at Paypal. This account can be created during the payment process. For more information visit Paypal.com

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order. For example, to send one ring inside Sweden by cash on delivery will cost 65 Skr + 20 SKr handling fee.

However, if you prefer to pay with credit card (Paypal) the shipping costs will cost from 20 SKr + 20 SKr handling fee. All shipping costs are according to the Post Office’s charges.

Return of goods

When buying from Shango’s homepage you can exchange your goods or get the money back in 10 days.

However, the shipping costs will be on your expense, unless there is something wrong with the product, then Shango will pay the shipping costs and send you a new product. For products that have been ordered but not picked up, the shipping costs will be charged on the customer.
