You must be 18 year or older in order to place orders on www.shango.org or have your parents’ permission.
According to the law of distance contract we give you 14 days in which you have the right to cancel a purchase. This means that you can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you collected it. If you want to exchange or return any items, you are paying the transportation costs. If you return a product it can’t have any visible signs of wear, than we have the right to refuse exchange or return.

Exchange
If you are not satisfied with an article you can exchange it within 14 days. Please fill in the return letter that was included in the package and write what you want to exchange your article with. Please leave all the price tags and original packaging and wrap the item carefully.
The article should be packed in the same way as you received it and avoid sticking address labels directly on the packaging or the box. Remember that it is you that are responsible for the item until we have received it and is also paying for all the transportation costs. However, if it is a complaint Shango is responsible for the costs.
When exchanging a product it has to be as new, this regards smell, as well as, look. We have the right to refuse an exchange if the product has visible signs of wear. Due to hygienically reasons; underwear, tights, make up, hair products and earrings can only be exchanged if the package has been unopened.
If you have paid by Cash in advance and we need to repay you, please write your bank details on the return letter. Have you Pre-paid into our bank account or with Paypal, we will put the money back into your account.
The transportation costs are not being refunded.

Items on sale
Items on sale can within 14 days, be exchanged for other articles but not refunded. For more information see Exchange.
Complaints
If something is wrong with the product or you received an incorrect product, please send an e-mail to shango@shango.org and describe the problem.
Please attach pictures on the product if you have complaints. You can only make a complaint about an article if it was damaged when purchased and not by normal wear or self-caused damage. Shango will be responsible for all costs involved if it is an approved complaint and will send you a new item as soon as possible. If the product should be out of stock you will be refunded the total amount that was paid.
Payment options
We are offering three different payment options; Pre-payment via bank account, Cash in Advance and Paypal (Credit card). You choose desired payment method when you are checking out. When ordering from outside Sweden, Paypal is the only possible method.
Pre-payment via bank account (only applicable in Sweden)
With Pre payment, you pay directly into our bank account, no: 5140-7682. When we can see that the payment has been made (2-5 days) we will send your order as fast as possible. It is important that you are writing your order number when paying and that the payment is made within 1 week. If the product should be out of stock you will immediately be refunded the total amount that was paid.
Pre payment via bank account does not cost anything extra. The transportation costs within Sweden are 59SEK for clothes, accessories and jewellery and 129SEK for shoes.
Cash in Advance (only applicable in Sweden)
Your package is send with Cash in Advance and you pay when you pick up your order. Cash in Advance is costing 50SEK extra, except the transportation costs.
Cash in advance cost 109SEK for clothes, accessories and jewellery and 179SEK for shoes, within Sweden.
If you are not picking up your order within 30 days (thereafter the package is returned to us) we will charge you 250SEK for transportation- and administrative costs.
Paypal /Credit card
Paypal is a very safe way of paying on Internet. In order to use Paypal you have to open an account at Paypal. You can open an account in connection with checking out. For more information about Paypal please visit www.paypal.com
If the product should be out of stock you will immediately be refunded the total amount that was paid.
Pre payment via Paypal does not cost anything extra. The transportation costs within Sweden are 59SEK for clothes, accessories and jewellery and 129SEK for shoes.
Outside Sweden, transportation costs are 10Euro for accessories and jewellery, and 25Euro for clothes and shoes.

Shango is making reservations against price changes and possible price mistakes and the right to change prices.
